EMPOWER THROUGH STORIES

HELL YES was born out of passion. We’re not here simply to negotiate and write contracts. We’re here to empower people through HELL YES moments. That moment when you hear an idea or story that moves you and you feel awakened, electrified, and moved to do something about it. Some call it a “Eureka” or an “AHA moment.” We call it a HELL YES!  Stories move people to action. That’s why we champion the world’s greatest storytellers.

STAY CURIOUS

We’re always searching for better answers and the reasons “why.” From our ability to push boundaries in the industry to a genuine interest in the work that our speakers do, HELL YES is driven by a sense of curiosity and an adventurous mindset.

LIVE GENEROUSLY

Our core offering on paper is connecting talent with event planners, but our true differentiator is generosity. We’re invested in our speakers and the audiences they serve. We work with people who are good for humanity. We help them tell stories that move people. We lift them up so that they are empowered to do the same for you.

NO JERKS

Life's too short. ✌️

WE’RE HUMAN

Let’s be real, we’re sort of the little guy. But even as the company grows, we will stay true to who we are. We’ll give a damn. We’ll be scrappy. We’ll try new things, even if it means getting our feet a little muddy. We’re not perfect–we’re human. Sometimes we’ll stumble. Sometimes we’ll fall. But we’ll learn from our mistakes, dust ourselves off, and keep trying.

IF IT’S NOT A HELL YES, IT’S A NO

The HELL YES rule applies to everything we do. It sounds simple, but as Leonardo said, “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” It helps us fight boring. What do HELL YES speakers have in common? Their mission is greater than themselves. They use their hard-won lessons to empower others. They enhance humanity. When they speak, people listen. They get glowing reviews from our organizers and audiences. They deliver HELL YES moments. We’re on a mission to empower people through these moments. One keynote, one conversation, one experience at a time.

team

We're a band of inspired souls and optimistic rebels. We bring energy and passion to everything that we do. It shows up in our roster, in the way we partner with clients, and in the electricity you will feel on your event day.
