TaChelle is the Founder and President of FIG Strategy & Consulting, where she advises senior leaders, human resources professionals, and communications influencers on DEI and business alignment. TaChelle

TaChelle Lawson has been a tremendous partner in implementing our event DE&I strategy. We sought to educate and grow a community of inclusive thinkers in the b2b technology channel space. TaChelle does a great job of delivering the business case on why companies – including small businesses – need to have a thoughtful DE&I strategy. Beyond her subject matter expertise, she shines as a public speaker and moderator in both video and in-person format. From early consultation and theme planning, to speaker preparation, she is great at making clients and speakers feel that they are in safe space to discuss their experiences. I would highly recommend her to any conference producer, event director, or DE&I officer. Whether you are hosting a DE&I keynote or panel at an event, or your company needs help building a top-to-bottom DE&I plan, TaChelle is the perfect partner for the job.

Joe Marks, GM of Events, Informa Tech

TaChelle brings a compassionate ear to the many stakeholders who are interested in both the worlds of DEI and consumer goods companies. I've had the chance to work with her on content and presentations firsthand and she provided guidance to a room of entrepreneurial food and beverage company founders. We worked through tough questions on the "how" side: how do we grow and cultivate a diverse set of investors? How do we create inclusive companies? She's a great panelist and a terrific sounding board, and will bring her considerable knowledge and reason to any discussion or presentation.

Jeff Klineman, Editor in Chief, BevNET

TaChelle brought a depth and breadth of experience; she shared antidotes that connected the concepts to real corporate challenges facing our audience and provided steps for businesses to tailor solutions to their needs at their stage in the DEI journey. She enriched the content beyond our expectations. Her conversational style resulted in many audience members approaching her for questions that they didn't feel comfortable asking in the large group. The audience certainly walked away with a better foundation and understanding. We will absolutely engage her again in the future as we continue to deliver relevant content to our membership on this critical corporate need.

Kelly Knepper-Stephens, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, True Accord

TaChelle was able to not only bring to the forefront but also help us explore all facets of age bias, stereotyping, among many other hard-hitting taboo subjects. With her exceptional tenacity and grace, she was able to guide us through the potential pitfalls of a toxic company culture. All the while providing solid data and layers of consideration in which her ideas are grounded. TaChelle is able to enlighten her listeners with a more empathetic view while still reaffirming that business must still be business in this fast-paced world.

Megan Dahmen, Regional Office Manager Oscar W. Larson Co.

TaChelle is an engaging speaker that puts a lot of work into learning her audience. Her topic: Cultural Transformation-How company culture affects your bottom line was delivered as promised and she and her team made the process easy and seamless. I would 100% recommend TaChelle, she was one of the easiest and nicest speakers to work with in way of organization, presentation and follow through.

Kellie Geres, Executive Assistant APNA~ Association of Premier Nanny Agencies

TaChelle is extremely engaging, she gets your attention and holds it. Attendees walked away knowing more about DEI because she does a great job of sharing facts but also being a realist on how to implement change. TaChelle is not afraid to share the facts and have difficult discussions and encourages the audience to take action. She is very professional and easy to work with. She answered all our questions and was always available to talk. I would recommend her without a doubt.

Dasher Lowe, Executive Director EDPA
